West Africa Time is UTC+1 all year, with no daylight saving anywhere that uses it. It covers Lagos, Kinshasa and Luanda — a very large population on a single fixed offset. Eastern European Time is UTC+2, used by Greece, Finland, Romania, Bulgaria and the Baltic states in winter, and by Egypt and much of the eastern Mediterranean. It shifts to EEST at UTC+3 in summer on the same European schedule.
